At The Marketing Wizardz, we value transparency and strive to provide the best service possible to our clients. Due to the nature of our work, please carefully review the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:

Refund Policy

Given the personalized and ongoing nature of our services, refunds are not possible. We work diligently to ensure that our services fulfill your expectations and goals. Should any concerns arise, we encourage open communication to address them promptly.

Service Termination

Customers are fully entitled to discontinue services at any point; nonetheless, where the agreement is ended during an ongoing month, no monies will be reimbursed. To formally cease the services, clients are obliged to furnish written notification via either email or text message at least 15 days before the desired cancellation date. Should this notification not be furnished, a cancellation charge equivalent to one month’s service fee will be assessed. Although future invoicing will halt upon termination, pro-rata refunds for services already delivered will not be granted.

Non-Refundable SEO Services

 As part of our commitment to employing exclusively ethical, White Hat SEO techniques, clients will not receive refunds if they disregard The Marketing Wizardz’ advice concerning SEO strategies. This includes guidance on research methodologies, adjustments to content, keyword optimization, the architecture of their website, and improvements to connectivity. This policy is applicable if a client moves forward without obtaining our preliminary endorsement or deviates from the established strategy.

Third-Party SEO Agency Engagement

 Refunds will not be issued if, during the contract period, the client hires another SEO agency or implements SEO changes independently. All adjustments or modifications to the SEO strategy must be approved and conducted under The Marketing Wizardz’ supervision.

Access to Website or Website Malfunction

 In order for us to implement SEO services effectively, website access must be provided by the client. If the client fails to provide the necessary access, or if the website is inactive or malfunctioning, no refund will be issued.

Approval of Mock-Up Designs

 Once mock-up designs are approved and the project enters the testing phase, refunds will not be issued. All project milestones will be agreed upon before commencing work, thus ensuring the client is content with the trajectory before moving forward.

Special Event-Based Services

 For time-sensitive, special event-based services coordinated by our sales team, cancellations are not accepted. These services require a minimum of 30 days’ notice to withdraw. Failure to meet this notice period will result in a full charge for the service.

Cancellation of Digital Marketing Services

 While search engine optimization and other digital marketing offerings are typically non-refundable, clients have the option to seek cancellation by submitting written notification at least 15 days before the intended cancellation date. We will stop subsequent billing; however, partial reimbursement will not be provided.

Inactive or On-Hold Projects

 For projects that have been inactive or put on hold for over 30 days, refunds will not be given. This guideline is in place to ensure we maintain a focused and timely approach towards project completion.

Chargeback Policy

 Should the client initiate a chargeback or dispute the charges with their bank for services rendered, and the chargeback is successful, The Marketing Wizardz reserves the right to provide the issuing bank with documentation proving that the services were delivered. This includes any services agreed upon, as well as acceptance of the terms outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
